OWN WAY does not hold finished textile inventory. Each order enters production after it is confirmed, according to the selected size or the measurements agreed for the piece.

Availability is shown directly on each product page and may change according to the pieces currently offered by the brand.

Production begins after payment and order confirmation. Made-to-order textile pieces are produced and dispatched within 10 to 15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and French public holidays.

Signature, Collector, 1of1, or clearly personalized pieces may require a different production window. Where applicable, that timeframe will be stated on the product page before purchase.

For deliveries in France, standard carrier transit is estimated at 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total timeframe is therefore 12 to 19 business days from order confirmation.

International delivery times and charges depend on the destination and are presented at checkout when available. Customs controls, duties, taxes, and local carrier delays are outside the production window and may extend delivery.

A dispatch confirmation and tracking information are sent when the parcel leaves the workshop. Tracking availability may depend on the selected carrier and destination.

If an order cannot be dispatched within the timeframe stated at purchase, OWN WAY will contact the customer using the email address supplied with the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel, or a second shipment may be charged where permitted.
