OWN WAY offers limited-run pieces, archive objects, and selected accessories. Product descriptions, visuals, and editorial context are provided as faithfully as possible, but slight differences may occur, especially for handmade or small-batch work.

Textile pieces are produced to order rather than held as finished stock. Availability is shown on each product page, and OWN WAY reserves the right to close a drop or withdraw a piece from sale.

Prices displayed on the site are shown in the currency configured at checkout and may be updated before order confirmation. Shipping charges, taxes, or import costs may apply depending on destination and are presented at or before checkout when available.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment infrastructure. OWN WAY does not directly store full card details on its own application layer.

An order becomes effective once payment is authorized and OWN WAY is able to confirm the transaction through the ecommerce system. Automatic confirmation messages acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee final acceptance in every case.

OWN WAY may cancel or refuse an order where a piece is unavailable, fraud is suspected, pricing is obviously incorrect, or technical failure prevents proper fulfilment.

Made-to-order textile pieces are produced and dispatched within 10 to 15 business days after order confirmation unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. For France, carrier transit is then estimated at 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. International delivery estimates may vary according to destination, customs, and carrier workload. If OWN WAY cannot dispatch within the timeframe stated at purchase, the customer will be contacted using the order email address.

Customers are responsible for verifying delivery information before confirming the order. Additional customs duties or local import charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Return conditions, timelines, and exclusions are governed by the return policy published on the site and by any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s territory.

Items must generally be returned in original condition. Pieces that are clearly worn, altered, damaged, or explicitly described as final sale may be refused where the law allows.

These terms should be interpreted in line with French law and with any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be contractually excluded.
